The impact of light pollution on seabirds was discussed on BirdLife Malta’s TV programme NATURAlment, a new series on the natural environment of the Maltese Islands which started being aired on NET Television at the end of September 2022 to celebrate BirdLife Malta’s 60th anniversary. In the fourth episode, on Thursday 20th October, we discussed what more can be done to mitigate the effects of light pollution, and what BirdLife Malta is doing to address this issue through the LIFE PanPuffinus! project.
